A final and binding project price is established exclusively through:
- A physical or remotely certified on-site inspection by an authorized representative of Fifth Sun Roofing LLC, and
- The full execution of a formal written contract signed by both parties.
Maryland Residential Compliance (MHIC)
For all residential home improvement projects in the State of Maryland, Fifth Sun Roofing LLC operates in strict compliance with the Maryland Home Improvement Law and the regulations of the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC):
- No mobilization, labor, or physical work will commence without a fully signed written contract.
- Initial deposits for residential projects will never exceed one-third (1/3) of the total contract value, in accordance with MHIC regulations.
- Residential clients retain a legal right to cancel this contract without penalty within five (5) business days of signing. Clients aged 65 years or older retain a right to cancel within seven (7) business days of signing.
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or by certified mail to our registered business address.
