LEVEL 1: INSTALLATION (LABOR) WARRANTY

New Roofs (Replacements)
1–3 years of full labor coverage for new roofs, protecting against installation-related failures.
Minor Repairs
90 days to 1 year for localized fixes, focusing on targeted areas like leaks or damage spots.

Backed by our internal contract and compliant with MHIC guidelines. Excludes normal wear, misuse, or acts of God (e.g., storms).
LEVEL 2: MANUFACTURER MATERIAL WARRANTY
Partnered with top-tier brands like GAF and Owens Corning, this warranty directly addresses product defects.
Asphalt Shingles
20 years to lifetime protection for the original owner, with up to 50 years of durability for premium lines.
Flat Roofing Systems (TPO/EPDM)
10, 15, or 20 years for commercial-grade installations, based on membrane thickness.
Non-Prorated Period (Full Protection)
The first 10 years offer full-value replacement (100% of current material cost, no depreciation).
Overall Material Guarantee
Up to 50 years on select products, focusing on core integrity and performance.

Coverage Details

- Installation Shortfalls: Leaks or faults directly tied to our labor, resolved promptly at no extra cost during the warranty period.

Exclusions
To keep expectations clear, certain scenarios fall outside warranty:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, minor weathering, or gradual aging after the non-prorated period.
- External Factors: Damage from storms, improper maintenance, alterations by others, or misuse (e.g., walking on fragile areas).
- Cross-Over Claims: Labor warranty does not cover material defects, these go directly to the manufacturer (e.g., GAF for shingles). No dual claims allowed.
- Non-Compliant Installs: Projects not meeting local codes or using non-approved materials.
